I spent nearly a year searching through various cars and dealerships and never felt comfortable enough to make the purchase. Anne truly took the time to figure out what I needed and made every possible effort to ensure that I was satisfied. As a young first time buyer it took SO much work on Anne and Barry?s end to finance me and they were so happy to do so. Once the purchase was complete and I was on my way we ran into a small glitch with my tire sensors and custom rims but Anne and Barry put it an incredible amount of effort to find me new rims (which ended up being better than the originals). Most importantly, however, Anne and Barry both made sure that their ultimate goal was to have a satisfied buyer. It has been such an incredible pleasure working with both of them and I couldn?t imagine purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you both so very much!

I have to pass this along since this is my first real experience working with Danny Furrow.

 

My customers, Steve L. and Syndey B. purchased a CPO vehicle earlier this month and unfortunately it had some warning lights on the dash. Josh drove it and did a great job reassuring the customers that it just needed to be reset. Since it was late at night they agreed to drive it home and bring it back. The closing of the deal went great with Chris because he trusted that I knew my customers limits and saw that they had complete confidence in me.

 

The next day I spoke with Danny and told him the situation with the vehicle. I got the rubber floor matts and a few other items ready for the customers and asked Danny to give them to the customer when they came in for the appointment since I had another customer coming in. From that point on he took excellent care of the customers, while keeping me updated! He ordered the owners manual and spare key and contacted customers as soon as they came in and even informed me! Love that!! I also checked in periodically with the customers. Since we didn't have a loaner available he drove the customer home! The next day he made sure we had one reserved for them. Through the whole process we worked as a team and the customers totally saw that. Multiple times I got great feedback from both the wife and husband and they were very particular people.

 

I wanted to give huge praise to Danny for being so organized, professional and working WITH me. Thank you so much!

The day I dropped off my vehicle for servicing, it was a 'Girls Day' for me and my 2 daughters. I was provided a loaner, my daughters and I went to the mall to do a little bit of shopping for the day. The 3 of us were having a really fun day, we shopped and had a nice lunch, there at lunch I recieved the call my vehicle was ready for pick up. We drove back to the service center and picked up my vehicle, before we left the service advisor handed me and my girls, very pretty daisies. The daisies, put the icing on the cake for me and my 2 girls, it was a very nice gesture, my girls were very flattered to head home after a 'Girls Day' with a nice flower.... Thank you BMW you made a visit to the service center for me and my family a super experience.
I just wanted to mention, the extras are very much noticed besides the great service your dealership provides and offers.

I'd like to share a few thoughts after spending some time on two consecutive days at Cunningham.  I parked by a good friend this morning at Balboa park as he got out of his brand new Mercedes Benz.  I complimented him on his new "wheels".  He proceeded to tell me he certainly going to enjoy his new car but had been disappointed by the service he had received.  He had asked a sales person to go over some of the things in the car but the sales person responded that "I'll try to see if I can explain some of the things, but I don't really do that.  This sales person then tried recruiting someone from the service dept to help out but that person also wasn't really willing to help.  My friend told me that instead of being excited about his new car he was now having some negative feelings about the whole purchase experience. 
I'm sure he'll enjoy his new car in time, and I did tease him about "you should have gone BMW".  In all sincerity I have never encountered anything but excellent service at Cunningham.  I couldn't help but compare my friend's experience to all the positive ones I have had everytime I have taken my car in for servicing.  I know we are sometimes at the quick to complain when things don't go our way and therefore I just wanted to say kudos to the service department for all the wonderful service and attention I have always received.

Dear Cunningham BMW;
 
I recently purchased my 3rd 'Certified Pre-Owned' BMW from your dealership.  I would like you to know just how much I love the car!   It is truly the 'driving experience' promised.

In the years that I have been associated with your Service Department, I want you to know they are the department that stands alone.  There are 3 other dealers that are closer to my house, with one literally around the corner, yet I can't imagine going anywhere else for my service needs.  From the on line service status, to the reminders sent in the mail, your Service Department is just the best. What few problems I have incurred with my BMW's have been fixed right, promptly, while keeping me informed every step of the way.  They really understand my needs and how important my car is to me.  I love my Service Department so much that I bake them cookies every time I come in.  They all do such a great job that I feel their efforts need to be acknowledged.

I commend you BMW South County, for securing one of the best Service Teams on the planet...  Keep up the great work!

I wanted to talk to someone at BMW South County to express my feelings about the level of customer service you provided and didn't feel that I could get the point across in the online survey.  It was easy to max out the survey with all "5s"!!!  I am completely satisfied with the customer service you provided and the quality of work that was done.  I knew that there was going to be a substantial amount of work to be done and you kept me informed of additional requirements and progress.

 

The only issue we had was the dye on the seat, but that was also handled to my complete satisfaction.  I have received a check for the shirt that also included reimbursement for taxes and shipping charges.

 

I know that if I have any issues with my vehicle in the future that I can bring it to BMW South County and will receive the same "OUTSTANDING" service.  Thank you!!!

 

So that you know, I also requested to be contacted by BMW USA.  My intention is to express my extreme satisfaction to them, as well.  Again, I just didn't think I could get my feelings across in the online survey.
