BMW South County invites you to experience our award winning service department. We are here to serve you and accommodate you in every way possible. From online service appointments and complimentary wireless internet to a full fleet of BMW courtesy vehicles and round-trip shuttle service, our goal is to make your service visit as enjoyable as possible.


Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these brief informational paragraphs that are designed to make your visit efficient and hassle-free. We offer 3 ways to make a service appointment: via phone at 800-910-8076, via our website through "Owners Circle" or through our website through "Online Service Reservations." Owner Circle gives the added benefit of listing all of your vehicles and allowing you to log-in with a username and password instead of using your vehicle identification number. Once your service appointment is made you can use the "Get Directions" to map your drive to our Center.


When arriving, please use one of our two service lanes and you will greeted by our friendly valets and service advisors. Please leave your keys in your vehicle and you will be directed to your service advisor. You should expect your visit to take approximately 55 minutes if you are taking a courtesy BMW vehicle and approximately 35 if using your own transportation. This ensures that your service advisor has enough time with you to fully address your service needs.


There is NO LONGER a surcharge for a BMW courtesy vehicle. We simply ask that the vehicle be returned with the original amount of fuel that it left with. We now provide all alternate transportation through BMW South County and no longer rely on Enterprise Rent-a-Car.


We also offer an online "Repair Order Status" tool so that you may track the status of your vehicle through out the day. You will also receive a daily phone call or email (depending on your preference) from your service advisor with your vehicle progress. When you come to pick up your vehicle, please drop your courtesy vehicle off at the Alternate Transportation office. Best of all, your vehicle will be washed and waiting for you in our guest parking.
